Welcome to Lubanski Law, LLC. I am Attorney Nick Lubanski, and I am here to help you navigate the legal challenges that matter most to you and your family.
At Lubanski Law, my main focus is civil litigation. I also handle family law, CHINS and DCS defense, and landlord and tenant matters, where I primarily represent landlords and property owners, along with general practice needs across eastern Indiana. Indiana expressly permits and supports limited scope representation. It gives clients flexibility in how they engage counsel without sacrificing the quality of the work.
Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.2 expressly permits attorneys to limit the scope of their representation when the limitation is reasonable and the client provides informed consent. Indiana courts are designed to accommodate pro se litigants, and having an attorney available for targeted assistance helps ensure those litigants are better prepared, better informed, and better protected.
